The AIRI Assessment Hub

Run the AIRI assessment under your own brand.

Associations, agencies, and enterprises host a private, fully-branded oAIRI organisational and pAIRI personal AI readiness assessment site for their members — free, approval-based, live in three steps.

Your site lives at aisingapore-org.airihub.io— approved subdomains derive from your own domain.

The AI Readiness Framework

The AIRI Framework, maintained as an open standard at airi.foundation, measures AI readiness across five pillars and fifteen dimensions. Both instruments — oAIRI for organisations, pAIRI for individuals — score on the same five maturity levels, from AI Unaware to AI Catalyst.

Every site on the hub runs the same current version (v3.1, CC BY 4.0), so results are comparable across ecosystems — and your branded site deploys in minutes, not months.

5 pillars · 15 dimensions
oAIRI: Leadership & Culture, Ethics & Governance, Business Value, Data Foundation, Infrastructure & Standards. pAIRI: Mindset, Ethics & Responsibility, Value Creation, Data Literacy, Tools & Technical Skills.
15 questions · ~20 minutes
Each instrument is a single-session survey. Participants answer 15 questions and get a scored report by email.
5 readiness levels
AI Unaware, AI Aware, AI Ready, AI Competent, AI Catalyst — L2 “AI Ready” is the success target, by design.

How it works

  1. 1

    Request access

Sign up with your work email and organisation URL. Approval is usually within seconds; everything else is automated.

  2. 2

    Brand it

We fetch your website once and auto-brand your site — logo, colours, description. Adjust the logo and text in minutes if you want.

  3. 3

    Share your link

Your people take the assessment at your subdomain. They get their report by email; you watch the aggregate build.

What each AIRI site includes

What your people get

Every participant receives a scored report straight to their inbox — pillar breakdown, readiness level, and guidance. Their email is used once to send it, then deleted. As the site admin you see the anonymised aggregate, never an individual’s result.

Frequently asked questions

The hub

What is airihub.io?

airihub.io is a hosted network that lets organisations deploy their own branded AIRI assessment site. Once live, your members or employees take the oAIRI organisational assessment, the pAIRI personal assessment, or both on your branded site at yourname.airihub.io — for example aisingapore-org.airihub.io or abc-com-sg.airihub.io — your logo, your colours, the same rigorous AIRI instruments underneath.

How is airihub.io different from airi.foundation?

airi.foundation is the home of the AI Readiness Framework — the open standard, the specification, the downloadable guide. airihub.io is the deployment hub: it is where you run that standard for your own ecosystem under your own brand.

Is it free?

Yes. Hosting a branded instance is free of charge, subject to approval. There is no billing, subscription, or checkout.

Who can request an AIRI site?

Industry and trade associations, enterprises and large organisations, government and sector bodies, and agencies or consultancies serving their clients. If you serve an ecosystem whose AI readiness you want to measure, you can request a site.

How fast can we go live?

Three steps: request access (free, approval-based, and typically within seconds if it meets our approval criteria), brand your site (automated for you largely — at most 5–10 minutes if you want to customise the wordings), and share your link. Once your request is approved, your site is provisioned automatically and an email will notify you when it is ready at yourname.airihub.io.

Can I customise the look and feel?

Your logo, colours, and description are set automatically from your own website when you register, and you can adjust the logo and the text on your site at any time. Everything else stays the fixed AIRI template, so every site runs the same rigorous instrument.

The assessment & the framework

What exactly do participants take?

You choose which assessments to offer when you register: the oAIRI organisational assessment (15 questions, about 20 minutes, measuring organisational AI readiness across the framework’s five pillars and fifteen dimensions), the pAIRI personal assessment (15 questions measuring personal AI readiness across Mindset, Ethics & Responsibility, Value Creation, Data Literacy, and Tools & Technical Skills), or both. Results map to five readiness levels, from AI Unaware to AI Catalyst. The full methodology is described at airi.foundation.

What version of the framework does airihub.io run?

AIRI v3.1 (June 2026), the current public version of the AI Readiness Framework, released under Creative Commons CC BY 4.0. Every site on the hub runs the same current instrument, so results are comparable across ecosystems.

Can a site offer both oAIRI and pAIRI?

Yes. At registration you pick oAIRI only, pAIRI only, or both. The two are fully independent: separate surveys, separate reports, and separate aggregate dashboards — each unlocks at its own threshold of completed responses.

Do you host courses or training?

No. airihub.io is assessment-only — no courses, no LMS. For a full learning-and-transformation reference implementation, see aiready.sg.

Data & privacy

Who owns the assessment data?

You do. Aggregated results from your branded instance belong to and are accessible by you. We do not share or sell anything. Only aggregate, anonymised statistics — which cannot identify anyone — are used for reporting.

Do you keep participants’ email addresses or answers?

No. A participant’s email is used exactly once — to send them their scored report — and is then deleted. We do not retain it, we cannot re-send a report, and no individual answers are stored. Only aggregated statistics persist.

Can anyone see an individual’s results?

No. Individual AIRI scores are only available to the individual — each participant receives their own report directly by email, once. The site admin and the airihub.io admin never see individual scores; dashboards show aggregate, anonymised statistics only.

When can I see my organisation’s aggregate results?

Your site’s dashboard shows an assessment’s aggregate only after 5 completed surveys for that assessment — oAIRI and pAIRI each count separately. Below that threshold nothing is shown, so small numbers can never identify anyone.

Who is behind airihub.io

Who runs airihub.io?

airihub.io is built and run by Laurence Liew — creator of the AIRI Framework and author of “AI-First Nation” — as part of the AI-First Nation initiative: helping as many people and organisations as possible become AI-Ready.

Is airihub.io affiliated with AI Singapore?

No. Versions 1.0 and 2.0 of the original AI Readiness Index (AIRI) were developed by Laurence Liew and his team in AI Singapore between 2019 and 2024. The framework’s current version, v3.1, is maintained independently as an open standard at airi.foundation, and airihub.io is a personal initiative by Laurence Liew — not affiliated with AI Singapore. The full story is in the airi.foundation FAQ.

Can I use the framework without airihub.io?

Absolutely. The AI Readiness Framework is released under CC BY 4.0 — free to use, adapt, and share with attribution — get the full AIRI Framework over at airi.foundation. airihub.io is simply the fastest way to run it under your own brand without building anything.
